Berikut materi tentang Past Perfect Continous Tense adalah kalimat yang digunakan untuk pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung pada masa lampau. Tenses ini biasanya menggunakan kata sambung berbentuk simple past tense.

Adapun rumus dari Past Perfect Continous Tense ini adalah:

  • (+)    S + had + been + V + ing
  • (-)    S + had + not + been + V + ing
  • (?)    had + S + been + V + ing
contohnya:
  • (+)    They had been living there for two month.
  • (-)     They had not been living there for two month.
  • (?)     Had they been living there for two month?
